  I had a breast reduction about a year ago with Dr. Jewell and I could not be happier with my results! My breasts were large, I did not like the shape of them, and I had hated them since they arrived when I was in the fourth grade. I had back pain as they were heavy and it was difficult to work out with them as well. I had wanted to do this procedure for years but unfortunately, it was not a covered benefit with my insurance. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with the procedure cosmetically and after seeing a few physicians, decided on Dr. Jewell. She came highly recommended by someone who had worked with her at Torrance Memorial. She is obviously highly educated and a board certified plastic surgeon, but it was truly her bedside manner that sold me. After meeting her, I felt an instant connection and wanted her to be my friend/neighbor. I felt she was thorough in our consultation and understood my goals and aesthetic. My surgery went amazing and I was surprised at how little pain I truly had. I had drains (which are annoying but no big deal) and was able to go to class a few days after surgery as I am a college student and couldn't miss any more time. My scars healed beautifully and I have the breasts I always dreamed of thanks to South Bay Plastic Surgeons. My experience with Dr. Jewell and her staff was amazing. Everyone in that office is kind and a true professional who goes above and beyond for their patients. I cannot thank Dr. Jewell enough! She helped me feel confident and you simply cannot put a price tag on that :)
