- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is so horrible. I called and spoke to the office manager, Jennifer, regarding the care I received and she seemed apologetic over the phone, she promises to fix my problem once she speaks to her supervisor on Monday, it's now Thursday and I still haven't heard anything. This proves exactly what I told her, this clinic is purely there to collect money. Jennifer tells me that I could've qualified for Presumptive Eligibility (Emergency Medi-Cal) but her own front desk staff didn't know that and I'm pretty sure it was to make me pay out of pocket. They don't put any kind empathy into the work they do. The nurse practitioner is HORRIBLE, she does no kind of assessment on patients, she just asks yes/no questions. It makes me wonder how she received her masters when in nursing school they teach to steer clear of those kind of questions. They are not motivated in any way to help patients. Like I said before, they are just very money hungry. Please find services elsewhere, patients can get way better care.December 24, 2016by Anissa Baird
